Tax Information
It’s time to file taxes once again and the Library has prepared resources in getting the forms that you need and links to get information on tax-related questions.
Basic tax forms (Federal and CA State) are also available at the USPS Office located at 211 Hope St. Mountain View, CA 94041. Telephone number, 650-938-6922.
NOTE: Since 2010, individual and business taxpayers will no longer receive federal or state tax forms in the mail from the IRS or the CA Franchise Board.
The City of Mountain View Public Library does not have any paper tax forms and publications and it cannot provide assistance in filling up forms, or answer tax-specific questions.
